Welcome to TICO in the British Virgin Islands.
All of our product lines are exclusive brands to TICO and
therefore we are able to offer you the best possible price.
Our shop is located on Wickham’s Cay II off the main road, near
The Moorings. We are open from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday and
9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Once you have placed your order with us, you can choose to pick
it up at our shop or arrange (where possible) to have it
delivered on Tortola, at no extra charge providing your order is
above $150.00, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and Saturday 9am –
3pm. Kindly allow 3 working days for processing. Orders under
$150.00 will incur a $9.95 delivery fee.
Due to a change in policy at the Moorings, Sunsail, Footloose
and Catamaran Charters we are no longer able to deliver orders
to their customer service departments. Therefore after hour
deliveries can be arranged, to areas within Road Town, for
Saturday evening until 7pm and Sunday morning (8:30 – 10am.)
After hours delivery fees of $14.95 for Saturday and $17.95 for
Sunday will be added to your invoice accordingly once your
confirmation is received.
Orders collected from TICO become the responsibility of the
customer. On out island orders TICO's responsibility ends when
the order is delivered to the vessel. Damaged/short deliveries
must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for credit
considerations. Minimum charge is $50.00. We accept Visa and
Master Card. Tainted/corked wines must be returned to TICO for
credit consideration.
